The Trustees of the Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation Coldwater Trust are pleased to invite Band Members to submit applications for the 2026 funding intake.
The Coldwater Trust was established to help support the long-term wellbeing, growth, and prosperity of the Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation community. Through this funding process, the Trust continues to invest in projects, programs, initiatives, and opportunities that benefit Band Members and future generations.
Band Members are encouraged to submit proposals that align with community priorities and demonstrate positive impacts in areas such as education, culture, economic development, community wellness, youth and Elders programming, environmental stewardship, recreation, infrastructure, training, and other community-driven initiatives.
Applicants are encouraged to carefully review the application guidelines and provide complete supporting documentation to assist Trustees in evaluating proposals fairly and effectively.
We recognize the creativity, leadership, and vision within our community, and we look forward to reviewing proposals that contribute to a strong and healthy future for the Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation.
